DIY Datalogging RPMs w/ LM2907 and DataQ 194
I just got my free samples of the LM2907 frequency to voltage converter and ran over to radioshack to pick up my parts for the circuit. My plan was to hack the end off of an old timing light and hook it up to the circuit so I could datalog RPMs through the Dataq 194. When I took a look at the the LM2907 I realized that the component is extremly small and the pins are very close together.. I can not find anywhere that stocks blank circuit boards with pads that small and close together.. any help? I plan to do a writeup for anyone interested in the future if I can ever get this thing working! Thanks!

my guess is you got the surface mount sytle. you want the DIP style instead which is the standard size (for the do it yourselfer).
