I soldered all the Fields SFC-VTEC wires this weekend and when I took the ECU out I found that the SFC wire was totally disconnected at one end!!!!!!!! I was like arrrggghhh and soldered everything!!!! Now everything works fine, no more shut downs or running in limp mode.

 

The problem came back, I think its a faulty distrubutor.

 

Sure is frustrating hunting down these gremlins sometimes. . . .
