ECU removal problem.
Ever since my starter kill busted (i still cant figure out why, all the wires were where they needed to be). I've been takin' out my ECU whenever I leave my car. Now, one of the wires came out of the plug.. And now I've refrained from taking out the ECU because I don't want to rip out any more of the wires.
So, my question is... Is there an easy way to pull the plugs on the ECU, without pulling on the wires? And that one wire that came out, I still cant get it back in. I have no idea what it does, and I get no CEL.

I'm really 2slow
try to get them out with a flat screwdriver and yes you can put it back in but u gotta take it apart to know which pin it is you pulled it out from.

Re: ECU removal problem. (JDM-EJ1)
My brother had the same problem with his ECU. He was switching it back and fourth between his Chipped Mugen ECU and his Stock P28. The Push-Plugs were starting to give way, and one of the wires came loose. We had a hard time trying to put the wire back in place and since the plug was messed up, we decided to go to the junk yard and cut the End peice of a used wire harness w/ plug and just Re-wire it to the old ones. In Conclusion, I dont think there is an easy way of removing the ECU without damaging the Plug & wires. Just take your time and remove it slowly and not yank on the wires.
