Default car won't start after tubo install

I don't know what the problem is. I started the car up fine with 450's and the safc installed, then i threw my turbo on and it won't start. Could it be because I cranked it over so much without the plug wires in to circulate oil through the turbo? How long would it take for my car to start if the motor is flooded? thanks.

So you didn't pull the FI/EM fuse to cut the fuel? If it's flooded, pull that fuse and turn it over a few times with your plugs out to try and get the excess fuel out.

It should still start with the old plugs. I think that it is more than likely flooded. Just yank the fuse to the pump and crank it for a good 7 seconds then let it rest. Do that 2 or 3 times, then it should start up.
