edit, title was supposed to be do i need a gsr lma
do i need a lost motion assembly for my b16a sirII if i run gsr cams? i heard that i do if i run type R cams but im going turbo so its gsr cams for me. let me know any other problems/difficulties with the cam swap. thanks
ps i searched and found good info on the different lmas but do i need to upgrade since the cams im switching to aren't that aggressive?
oh and here is the helpful link to the different lmas but it doesn't address teh issue of gsr cams in a b16a II

yes thanks, thats what i thought since the gsr cams are not that much more agressive than the b16s, but thanks for confirming it for me. are there any benifits of switching from b16a II LMAs to gsr LMAs?
