Traction bar adjustment
I just bought a set of Totem traction bars for my hatch. I installed them already and I'm not 100% sure how these bars are suppose to be properly adjusted. What is the correct way to adjust these bars? I did a search but did not find an answer. Thanks!

OK thanks for your replies guys. Oh yeah, by the way Totem is the brand of the traction bars. They look somewhat similar to JimFab traction bars.
Should these be adjusted with the car in the air(lift or jackstands) or are they suppose to be adjusted while the car is on the ground? I've heard people say different things and I'm still a little confused.

I knew the brand name of the bars was totem...I just havnt seen them so I couldnt explain in depth cause they might look a tad different from the others. It doesnt really matter if you adjust them in the air or the ground, what ever way is easier. Just make sure you have it equal on both sides. Id suggest if you want to do it correct, have it aligned at a good shop afterwards so they can tell you what the caster is. 4-6 deg. pos is where you want it set. Good luck....

pulling the lower arms would increase negative caster.
