Default Question about Polyurathane Bushings?

I just ordered the whole Energy Suspension Polyurathane Bushings kit for my 92 Civic CX Hatchback. My question is, Do i need a bearing/bushing press of some type to install them? Or can i push them in where they go by hand? Also on a 1 to 10 scale what would you rate this install, 10 being VERY hard. THANKS!!!!

ya its a complicated install , takes time , and for most you will need a hydrolic press

might as well throw it on 4 jackstands and remove the whole suspension and bring it to a machine shop. i wish i did this in the first place, cause it became a long project. i still havent completed the rear left.
