worn valve guides make ticking noise??????????

do worn valve guides make ticking noise's? I have a weird ticking noise coming from my b16 head. it ticks nomatter if the engine is warm or cold. it does it usually at lower rpm's, mostly at idle. It isnt a constant noise, it comes and goes

also think about replacing the springs..

its got brand new itr valvesprings, and i adjusted the valves 4 times now

Check LMA, replace with ITR ones.
