my 97 coupe's rear bumper is sagging on one side so i was eh no sweat i'll tighten it up.. well i got underneath it and all i see are black clips and i'm wondering if i have to take those out or are there bolts somewhere i can tighten up?? i don't want to break anything and i haven't found much from searching cept for teg's sagging problems. TIA

There are also screws up in the fenderwell, one on each side. Those might need tightening. If not, do what I did when my passenger-side was sagging (rear bumper, also)----remove the rear bumper and hammer the metal bracket up to help hold the bumper a bit better.
