rear bumper support??

rear bumper support??
I took off my rear bumper a couple weeks ago and I was wondering, is there spose to be something like a front bumper support in case of an accident in the back as well...cause i definatly dont have one

Yes, there is supposed to be a front bumper support. They minimize damage in small accidents under 30mph or so, but they're not for safety. American car insurance companies made them legally mandatory, and they dont have them in Japan and other countries.

I know there is a front bumper support, my question was is there a rear bumper support..in case you get hit from behind
