D15B Parts?????

Will aftermarket parts for a d16y8 work on a JDM D15B VTEC motor???? Like Cam, Header, valves, springs, retainers. Thanks

i know a d16y8 cam is different than a D16Z6...i'd say use d16z6 parts, because a JDM D15 is basically a VX block with a d16z6 head
