I have a 1999 Civic 1.6L 75k miles.. have done a few mods, CAI, 2.25 exhaust, etc. Now the ECU wants to idle the car EXTREAMLY low 200 - 300rpm it hardly reads on the Tach. I have tryed warming the car up, uppluging hte idle control valve, (as soon as you do that the car dies), re fire the car but it jumps to 1000 rpm idle with the CEL on.. impossible to adjust at that rpm. Whats the deal? The ECU fights me all the way. New plugs, wires, dist cap. rotor.
