Default I don't understand the sensors on the intake for my Civic 2000 Ex. HELP!!!

I am having a really bad time figuring out the freaking holes! I want to purchase a short ram intake for my car, but i can't figure out what 3 of those wire do connected to the factory intake on my Civic 2000 EX.

1.) I want to know how come everytime i remove the oxygen sensor wire and plug it back in the ''Check'' light shows up on my dash board?
-I would have to remove the negative wire on the battery to get rid of the ''Check'' light, i was wondering if there is anything wrong with that.

2.) How would i come about getting a short-ram intake for my Civic 2000 EX?
-Because when i look online to get an intake for my car it has 3 holes for me to plug my wire back into....but the holes are just holes, they do not have the factory plug-outlet holes where i can just plug back in my oxygen sensor and such...

3.) Would i mess up my wires/sensors if i was to remove my factory intake and install an aftermarket one?
-Because i heard that the factory intake has a sensor inside the tube, and i would have to remove that or some crap...

**I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!! Can someone please help me out...im so confuse!

first of all that is NOT AN OXYGEN SENSOR in the intake tube

the 02 sensor is in the EXHAUST only.. 2 of them, 1 b4 cat, 1 after

the sensor in the damn intake is the AIR INTAKE TEMPERATURE sensor.

the other hose goes to your valve cover and is called VALVE COVER BREATHER HOSE

the 3rd one is only on 99-00 civic d16y8 and GIVES AIR TO FUEL INJECTORS when engine is cold. this wire can be removed, just put a filter thingy over where the hose came from, the injectors don't really need any air, that's bullshit.
