i have a 96 civic coupe but the bimpr is cracked...will
a 99-00 civic si bumper bolt up and fit on it, let me know if it will??

it will not fit with your 96 headlights, hood, & grill (and fenders I think).
You would need to change your front end to 99-00 spec (headlights, grill, hood & possibly fenders) in order for eveything to fit cleanly.

nope, u need the hood, fenders, headlights, and bumper.
