Default jdm b16a swap in 92 hatch. . . . need help

hi, basically the story is i have a 92 dx AT hatch . . . . the motor im wanting is the strictly jdm b16a (170hp), no not the gen 1 or the 96 to 00 usdm motors . . . my question however for who might know of this motor, is what all is required to do the swap, i think it bolts in directly, so mounts arent needed . . . . but is there any wiring for the vtech needed? or will there be more work needed to be done . . . . thanks

Hey man it sounds like you are fairly new to the hobby...take the car to a local tuner shop who does engine swaps and pay them to do it.
Shouldn't be more than 500 bucks unless you do the automatic to manual conversion.
Your hatch is a 92, so it is pre-wired for VTEC already.
If you get a swap, get an OBD1 JDM engine, axles, intermediate shaft, all of the JDM mounts, and the shift linkage.
I'm up in Canada, but I know a lot of HT guys use hmotorsonline for engines in the US.
Good luck

um...you'll have to convert from auto to manual...

other than that, it is a direct bolt in except for the VTEC wiring
