i got a 95 dx coupe in pretty good condition. well i got in some debt building it so i wanna sell it and build up a 4th gen hatch or crx.
i have about 9k in the car including car, turbo setup, and b18b with a gsr tranny.
im not gonna sell it with the turbo, cause i know i'll never get my money out of it and ill just use it on my next car.
so do you think i should sell it with or without the b18b and swap the old d15 back in?
it will come with a huge system (2 15's, 1400W amp, box for the car) that i got with the car (NO ITS NOT IN IT)

for the next ride i have a couple motor possibilities - cheaper the better. all will be turboed
stock b18a
stock 1st gen b16
maybe a H22 if i can get a deal
built ZC - rods/psitons/block gaurd - prolly not sleeved
built d16
or is it worth to build my puny d15 i got laying around
regardless i want low-mid 12's at least and i know ill need about 250 - 275 whp to get it in something pretty light. can i get more hp out of a built SOHC or ZC - like in excess of 300whp??

If you sell with B18 you can make more money.

 

Put the D15 back in your current car, and keep the B18 and turbo for the next car... I'm pretty sure it wont be too hard to reach mid 12's with the B18 Turbo...

Whats done to the B18b???

 

its stock, just a gsr tranny. im thinking if i sell it fast and furious on ebay, i should make more dough with the swap

i would think you would make more money selling the car and the motor seperate. i would say keep the motor and turbo for the next car though
