Where are all the ground points on a B18B?

Where are all the ground points on a integra? I think one may be loose, causing my motor to not start.

theres one on the starter, one on the head, and i believe one more...but i forgot

grounding points i know of are...

Block
Tranny
Alternator
Starter
Battery

Maybe there is more but i just did the DIY grounding kit with 4 gauge high strand wire and grounded the Tranny, Intake Manifold and Distributor and made everything run ALOT smoother. felt no hp gains though

the battery only has a neg/pos, and the alternernater only has a positive...
