Default all motor b17 bottom end

Just curious as what bottom end you b17/b16 guys used. I wanted to do CTR, but I'm going to have to get custom rods, so what rods will work with CTR pistons in a b17 block? I'm going to use skunk2 stage 1's up top.

Why do you think you need custom rods for CTR pistons in a b17?

Doesn't eagle make rods for the B17? I was wondering if anyone has done an all motor setup with the b17. What kind of numbers did you get out of it?

Not sure about Eagle. I know for a while, Crower made the only rods available for the b17. I dont know if Eagle has come out with any since then.

you can use you stock rods with ctr pistions. Im gettin ready to do it you just have to shave your stock rods. From what I have heard its only 1mm off each side or 1mm total.

There was a local guy down here that dyno 165 whp and I think 110-115 lbs of torque with an all motor b17a setup. I'm not sure what he did to it.

LS/VTEC stock rods, ITR pistons 12.6 had the motor with no problems for 2years! I think its what you build the motor for and how you build the motor!
