I am looking for a GOOD Turbo Under 2-3G.
What is a good Turbo,
I have a Stock B16a Doing 144HP to WHP. Also what HP will I make at what PSI...?

just about any turbo for your application is going to be under 2g, so i am assuming you want a turbo kit, and not just shopping for a turbo alone correct?
