Default Replacing map wire in ecu harness

Trying to strip my map wire to rewire my afc and while stripping the whole map wire came out of the ecu harness. I looked inside the square-ish hole and noticed a silver square type connector. Are those removable? How can I replace this wire? bad luck

you most likely wont need to replace the wire to your map sensor. the "silver square type connector" your talking about is removable. they make a special tool for removing this connector but a pick works just fine. Insert a pick into the map connector between the the silver pinout and pry down on it a lil. while prying on it you should be able to easily push it out w/ another pick or pocket screwdriver. once its out just recrimp the wire to the pinout and install it back into the map sensor connector. hope this helps.
