Compression testing (I need advice)
I was doing compression test on my b18c1 engine w/ 10k miles and I got the following numbers:
1 2 3 4
210psi 200 200 220----I got 220 after the third attempt, the first two times I
got 135psi and when I put a teaspoon of oil in the cylinder I got 220 and then
235psi ----IS THIS NORMAL? Please reply. Thanks

Something is really wrong if you got 210 200 200 135. Well, since you knew to try putting oil down the cylinder, you probably know what the problem is... blown rings... sorry... but hey, you've still got your warranty, right? No problem!
But that really is a huge jump in compression just by adding oil alone. Care to try the test again? Maybe you forgot to floor the throttle...?

the first 2 tests brought up 135 psi?? and i don't think keeping the throttle open is too necessary on our cars.. well it didn't make too much of a difference when i did it..
