is there anyone who has gutted their rear interior? if so did you pull off the side panels? i cant decide if i want to,any opinions?

 

less rattles, but I put the front seats back in to drive

 

No sense in leaving the side panels if you're not leaving anything else.

Just need
a motor that makes 80hp and spits oil out the tail pipe
a windshield that has no cracks(@#$% HAIL)
body panels void of damage (#@$% HAIL)
then mine might be close to being yours

 

i gutted my rear interior, havent pulled the side panels yet.....but i coated the floor and such with a rubber undercoat....turned out pretty nice, ill post pics soon.

 

Only thing I took out was my rear seats because they weigh 31lbs. The rest of the plastic in the rear really isn't worth it. Besides maybe the cargo cover.
