I know its been talked about alot, but NO VTEC!?!?
I just got my b18c1 swap workin in my 94 hatch. We wired up vtec oil/solenoid, EVAP and we spliced the ground and put it to a screw.
I am running a p28 chipped ecu with no CELs......
the car idles decent, but kinda low 600-500rpm and when i bring it up too 6000+ rpm vtec never engages, but I am not getting any CELs???

Check all of your wire connections again.
Make sure that your ground is secure and has good clean contact.
Check your oil level.
