Running b18c(jdm) On obd0 PR3 Electronics With Mugen Chipping
Well, everybody said I was crazy but somehow this hybrid is working with only minimal probs., dynoed at 177.6@7350 rpm on 95+ humid day here. This is with b16a intake mani and ctr pistons but otherwise all stock.
one problem: on run down, say dropping from 5k rpm to idle at stoplight, i get a big cloud of unburnt gas but the a:f ratio at 5k rpm on dyno was about 13:1...
any comments or is this a function of running this motor on pr3 obd0 like a big b16a??
any suggestions for remedy - i tried w/ help to use the vtec controller to work the a:f ratios and works pretty good on acceleration, but not on deceleration
