Torque Specs....?

Torque Specs....?
I just received my ES bushings and in the instructions it says to make sure that after putting the bushings in to make sure they are tighten to factory specs.......does anyone know what are the factory specs for the rear lower control arms bushings......or anyone got a manual......website?
