NGK oem spark plugs, $22/ea from Acura?
The other day I could have sworn I saw somebody say that NGK plugs were like $8 for a set of 4. I went to the Acura dealership today, and asked a friend of mine how much it would cost for NGK oem spark plugs for my 94 b18c1. He told me that the best he could do is $15 per plug. He said that they normally charge $22 per plug. What's up? I have brand new Bosch plugs in my car now and they work like ****. I wanted to switch to the NGK's, but $15 x 4 plugs = $60, for spark plugs. I know that this topic has been covered before but there are 2 reasons I made this post.
1. I'm at my girlfriends apartment and they have shitty *** AOL 56k. If I spend to much time on here it will kick me off. F@#K AOL!
2. I've searched in the past, and I don't remember seeing a comparison between different types of NGK plugs. Only between NGK and some other brand like bosch.
Sorry to go on for so long. If anybody could please help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

#1 I would use NGK factory recommended plug only!
#2 The Twin cam VTEC motors take platinum plugs, which are $15-$22 each. These are the right plugs for your car, according to Honda
#3 The are supposed to last like 90K miles....they will probably be fine if you just clean them and gap them.

Have any of you guys used bosch plugs before? Can anybody give me an idea of how much of a difference switching to NGK's can make?
Thanks again for the help already guys.

Ive never liked bosch presonally, they dont feel as good as ngk's to me, also they foul out quicker for me.
i would recommend ngks, the regular kind of discount works fine for me.
