That must be great , you can cook the car behind you . If the car spits flames on a regular interval then I would say yes to burned or bent valve .

lol. dayam.

I'd do a compression check on all four cylinders to find out which cylinder it is.

If he tried to get 100,000 miles out of it, it would go boom. The cams have a lot of overlap and the fuel injection keeps dumping fuel during closed throttle when shifting to make sure it has instant throttle response after the shift. The NSX also has the supercharger pushing unburnt mixture out the engine on closed throttle, like a Porsche turbo race engine.

If you have bent valves causing the problem, then the valves and seats are getting burnt up and could damage the head beyond repair. If it's running so rich that it's shooting flames, then the oil film is being washed off the cylinder walls and wearing the cylinder bores and pistons and rings very fast. If the extra gas runs into the oil, it can make the oil film too thin to protect the bearings properly and the motor could pop at any time.

If you don't fix it, you need a warning bumper sticker that can be read at more than 5' to keep from toasting cars behind you.

Do you have a big wing on the car? If you do, hang marshmellos from it and toast them nicely, make smores and use the wing as a serving tray.

Maybe someone installed that aftermarket "flamethrower" kit on his car without him knowing it.

maybe you have the limited only one made in the whole world B18R try and drive it off a cliff and see if its really a rocket ship and flys off into the sky. also watch out for them birds in the sky migh cook some of them while your up there.

on a serious side get that fix asap its very dangerous for yourself,or anyone around you,it is def 2 or more exhaust valves that were bent/damage,so dont spend your money on buying new plugs, wires,or anything else you think might fix the problem.
