bumper painting
i know this could be posted in the appearence forum, but i thought you prelude guys could have some helpful suggestions. i just scuffed my front bumper near the turn signal. i ordered touch up spray paint, primer, clear coat, and sand paper kit from http://www.paintscratch.com. Do any of you guys have any helpful tips so it will come out even. thanks a lot

Make sure you sand with a really high grit paper. +1200 grit at least. Do long even passes. Do several coats of primer and base coat, sand, another coat...to get it nice and even.
I'm still thinking it'll be a PITA to get it to look even with the rest of the bumper tho. Let us know how it turns out.

Trust me from experience, don't try to do a good job w/ a touch up job. It gets too heavy and won't match the rest of the bumper, it may even leave lines like me! 
Just spray a quick coat or two across it in a general area, no taping off, and spray the clear coat a coat or two. It'll last a while till you can get a pro to do it.
