Tranny...hopefully.
When im backing up, just like normal, give little gas, ease clutch out, it takes more than normal gas for it to back up, and soon as i put the clutch in it comes to dead stop, wont drift forward or backward, and yes i tried it on a hill too. Also, second grinds sometimes, and than it will go in after a second try, than if i let off th gas in 2nd it pops right out...someone please tell me its the tranny cuz i jus got new clutch and tranny, but i was told 2nd had a grind in the tranny. So I already have a new tranny, just too lazy to put it in. Thanks ahead of time.
maybe it has something to do with your brakes??
sounds like you're describing backing up with the e brake on... maybe your ebrake cable needs adjusting... probably not, but maybe somebody else has a better idea on what could be wrong with your brakes.

You should defenatly rool with clutch engaged and brake released. As long as you're on a hill. I would recommend checking slave and master clutch cylinders for leaks. Bleed clutch fluid. Flush tranny and refill with honda MTF. You might have just bought a tranny for no reason. Their is much more to transmission shifting than clutch and linkage...
