Alpine security systems any good?

Default Alpine security systems any good?

My local shop keeps saying that they are junk. What do you guys think? Any pros out there wanna provide me with an accurate opinion? Thanks.

I personally think Alpine alarms BLOW as well, you're better off getting something made by DEI, Viper or Clifford is what i would go with

alpine, not user freindly at all.. i agree with tegmech.. go with any other dei product you'll be more than satisfied

if installed properly any alarm can be good, what are you basing your opinion on with saying alpine alarms are "junk"? true dei alarms are great alarms, but so are alpines. they are a little tricky for a first time installer, but with experience they become very easy to install. i never have any warrenty issues with the alpine alarms that i have installed.

it used to be that alpine alarms could only be purchased and installed at higher end shops, they didnt even come with install manuals until recently. alpine alarms are very good, you should ask for a demo of one of them at your local shop before deciding .
