Default DX harness to B16 motor distributor problem

Ok, I have searched and still do not have the answer to my question. I am in the process of installing my DX harness on my B16. I have worked out all the bugs except for the distributor. I have the square plug on my DX harness and the B16 distributor has the round plug. I know to cut the square plug and wire it by color to the round plug, but there are 2 wires left. Where the hell do these go??? Correct me if I have stated anything wrong.

ok so yeah u take off the connector off the engine harness and the b16 dist and wire up wire for wire using color. your talking about 2 wires on the b16 dist right. a blue/yellow and a blue/green. those are for the crank angle sensor, u need to run wires to those and run them to the ecu. i forget exactly which spots on the ecu, i think its b10 and b12, but not sure

Those wires should go C1 and C2 I believe. ( the smallest OBD0 plug of the three )

The wires that go to C1 and C2 are for the cylinder position sensor. Are the 2 extra wires on the DX distributor plug the ones I need to run to C1 and C2 for the cylinder position sensor?

you should have matched up the wires on the distrib, and used the B16 clip so that the harness plugs into the distributor, and can also unclip. Again, the blue/yellow and blue/green willbe for c1 and c2. You should have had less wires on the dx harness then b16... correct me if im wrong.

Yea there are 2 less wires on the DX side. The 2 extra wires on the B16 side go to C1 and C2 correct? So are the wires going to C1 and C2 the ones that are for the cylinder sensor?

Look at the back of the B16A plug, with the tab on top.
You will see one row of two wires, one row of four wires(with the leftmost empty) and one row of two wires.
If you read left to right, and from top to button you will see

WHT/BLU (C4 at ECU) TDC sensor
ORA/BLU (C3) TDC sensor
Empty
WHT/RED (B12) Crank angle sensor
ORA (B10) Crank angle sensor
BLU/GRN (C1) Cyl sensor
BLU/WHT (C2) Cyl Sensor
There also two white wires (B15 & B17) igniter signal.
