Speedbleeders
Any comments on this product's effectiveness and ease of installation? Any other comparable products at its price range worth considering? I might get a set to and put em in when I change brake fluids. TIA!
You can use those, or you can do what I did.
I went to a pet store and bought a $1.99 aquarium check valve. Then I got some vacuum hose I had laying around, and I put 6" or so on one side of the check valve (the IN side) and a couple feet on the other side (OUT). Then I just pushed the vacuum line over the stock bleeder screw and put the other end in a coffee can. Loosened the screw, and then I just pressurized the brakes/opened the screw repeatedly until there was no air in the lines.
Worked like a charm and only cost $1.99
