Default Tb gains on B20vtec

I have a B20vtec at the moment and it makes 164 whp with a 58mm TB and a bodgy home made IM. Wont get on the dyno 'til next week with the type R IM and TB.

I know with mild B16's the difference is only 1 or 2 hp but does anyone have any idea/experience as to the likely improvement on a B20vtec?

Default Re: Tb gains on B20vtec (AussieB20vtec)

I'm running a 70-68 taper TB on my CRVT- can't say that I noticed any real impressive gains over stock. Though i do still have to tune it a bit. I'm betting that it does increase mid/high power, but reduces torque....
