GM Synchromesh is the best ****

Trust me no gear lube can match up to it. Maybe not even redline. It saved my tranny from those horrible grinds. Please use it, I highly recommend it.

yes you can pick some up at the GM dealer... make sure you get that round circular bottle that looks like a cone. That is the one that has all the friction modifiers.

No, it is only best if your Synchromesh is shot. Use Honda MTF if your tranny has no problems. And if it doesn't, then I'm happy for you and I wish I was on the same boat! Damn honda b-series trannies...

I've used GM sycromesh, works great, but I still grind on 3rd gear when I kick it. maybe its my trannie, well this stuff works good, shifting feels so much more smoother then before.

i agree with the gm stuff, the hmtf is the best if its a new tranny or one with low miles but the gm is bad ***

I put royal purple 5w-30 on my tranny and it felt great considering the previous owner didn't change it w/ 80 plus thousand miles on it. The engine was replaced shortly there after.

i've got GM synchromesh in my car....a little over 43k on the car and it still shifts like butter.

i love it

just watch what price you're getting charged at the GM dealer....i paid $9 a quart, which i didn't think was too bad.

part # 12345349 non friction modified.

looks like this...
