sure anything is possible with enough $$$....to get it to 13's you will need about $2500-4000+ depends on which parts you use and if you do the work yourself or not but this should get you there:
higher C/R pistons ala JDM/USDM ITR (these should be sufficient)
cams Toda Specs B/C or Jun III (will need cam gears) or Crower cams or skunk2
JDM ITR 4-1 header or Toda, Spoon or maybe even JDM DC version (2.5" cat will be needed)
lightened flywheel
good 2.5" or 60mm exhaust will do or run open header
skunk2 manifold
rechipped ecu or maybe even a p28 mugen mapped ecu
4.785 FDR off a 98+ Specs ITR (LSD, would be nice too)
strip the all the unecessary parts (rear seats, spare, front pass seat)
run on lightweight wheels (for the rear you can use 13" VX rims and tires (only 22lbs complete)

Well, this isn't really a GSR anymore, but the block is still stamped B18C1 . Here's my timeslips....

I actually got a best trap speed of 101mph but my 1/4 time was a 13.94. I had a really bad 60'. This is with full interior and slicks. Car weighed 2850lbs. with me in it. I have some pretty extensive engine mods (including ITR rods and JDM ITR pistons, ITR top end, Toda B Cams, & Portflow headwork). Still have to get my car on the dyno and get some fine tuning done. Let me know if you have any questions.

some kid from PA with a 95 LS did high 10's all motor.
He is also a freaking good shifter too.

10 sec 95 LS = all-motor plus a turbo

On point makes a good point about weight. Dan's car has a very low 13 sec/high 12 sec engine in it. However, he doesn't want a full out drag car (I assume hehe), so he has a full interior.

Talk to Dan, Lip, and TonytheTiger about fast *** all-motor cars. Lip is basically a full race car (from the pics), and Tony is pounding on 12s and I'm pretty sure is is NOT stripped.

atco does give u better times...i've hit 14.9 a buncha times with just intake with my gsr...but its probably an LS with h22 or type R motor, not no LS engine...and there has to be serious money involved in that car

I have heard of 11's with a all motor LS ( it dident even look like an LS motor anymore, it had this strange *** intake manifold, but it was in a civic HB. It was not some"kid" it was a group of very experianced professionals.

Actually, don't quote me on that. I just remember reading something like that in one of his posts. I mean he's up to like, what, 225whp? I think he could...

~180whp and a good set of slicks should yield you about high 13's

Definately feasable although more expensive all motor.
