Had one for a while paid about 180 bux for it Didn't notice a benifit. I ended up selling it.
Wasn't worth it to me. Remember this is my opinion and I am sure there will be someone that loves it and swears by it. But just my POV it wasn't worth the 180 bux.

Also for the K20 there are some that mound in the center across the plug cover

Motor mount inserts would be a better option...cheaper too.

My mechanic has had one on his mildy built b20/vtec for two months and he hasn't broken the driver side civic mount. He put it in and took out the poly mounts because of the vibration.

Looks cool... too expensive to buy for debatable results though. Some more reviews from users here would be killer

Here's my take on it.

More Vibration YES. Dampens one side seemingly YES but it is quiet effective whoely. I have used this not with Mount Inserts.

I sell J's products and don't even recommend it.

Its incredible how clear-headed everyone is in here. There was a guy asking about it in the civic forum and I was saying all the same stuff and was getting flamed like roasted corn at a county fair because everyone was so blinded by the JDM smoke screen of BS.

I installed two of the ES bushings last weekend, I love 'em! They kind of give the car a 'muscle car rumble' at low rpm's As for increased traction, or lessened wheel hop- I don't really know the best way to evaluate those.

That means it's doing something though for it to be damaged like that.
