No, because you won't be able to run 15 psi of boost without throwing a code. Using the hack is just a way to manipulate the voltage going to the stock map sensor and usually after about 9-11 psi (depending on the car - 9.25 on my crx si and it's around 10.65 on later model cars) it will start to throw a code.

I made 440whp using a safc, fmu, check valve, 440cc injectors and a 255lph pump. Yes you can make the power. You just need a little more than a safc.

the hack sucks and is totally different than what autoexturbo used. his set up has been run very successfully on probably over 1000 cars in the last 4 years.

but theres no need for all of that now that theres hondata and a variety of other complete standalones and tons of knowledgable tuners all over n. america. i used to run that set up and it worked great, but for the same money, you can use a better form of management.

do you think 550 injectors will make a difference? did you daily drive your car?

completely agree with Karl. I don't know why I didn't mention running hondata or other standalone units. I now run hondata and it works like a charm.

From what I remember the 550's were harder to idle with the safc/fmu setup, but you can run big *** injectors with a standalone. The 550's will handle the 400whp though.
