how big of a w-g should i get.

how big of a w-g should i get.
i have a drag 3 kit with a fully built b16a t3/to4e turbo.
i plain to boost 14psi at most 18 on race gas at the track.
10 to 12 most of time though.
i am looking at a tiel cuz i have a delta-gate.
should i go 35mm or 40 what is the difference and what is there to loose or gain.
