Is there any way to make the noise of my turbo louder?
Just a Garrett T3.... I want it louder to overcome engine noise. Plus, I just like the sound. 
Anything I can do? Thanks

Run an open dump tube, run an open down pipe, get a TurboXS RFL bov, move the air filter to the inner fender, get a larger turbo, run higher boost.
