Default CTR city lights?

I just acquried some CTR headlamps recentley and am using the CATZ HID system low/high beam kit. I am using the stock amber corners. I am curious as to what size and where to find some good functional city lights as one of the main reasons I wanted these. I would like to get the ion yellow similar to the lexus or OEM JDM ITR DC2 style as I believe that's what the CTR used as well.

I've searched and browsed through this forum for a while and didn't come up with anything. If any could chime in on what they are using and what works for them or where to find something that would work or even other threads that discussed this would be much appreciated. I'm kind of a function over form guy so this appearance stuff is kind of new to me. Thanks.

I believe kid 1320 says he used prelude license plate sockets and bulbs that fit perfectly into the city light hole in his ctr's

Any rear license plate sockets off any honda will work. I used some out of a 92 hatch so yes any of them will work. Then you can wire them in to whatever you want.

hey, did you put the city lights in yet? I just got some CTR headlight too and want to hook em up. there is a guy on ebay that sells the bulb, socket, and harness but seems really pricy. did you find a method that works.

I wired my city lights last week. I used the sockets from a old set of 96 Accord rear bumper lights. The 1994-1997 Honda Accord has those lights on the side of the bumper. I had a extra set of those and they use the same light and socket the city lights use.

Ok I just ordered a set of OEM city light sockets from inlinefour.com and a set of PIAA 163 ion yellow bulbs. Now how to exactly wire these up. Do the turn signals have two differnt wireing schmes...like one coming in for the parking lights and one for the turn signal? Obviously I want these on with the parking lights but no to blink with the turn signals. My friend has a set of OEM sidemarkers that only blink, instead of being on all the time. I want to do the oposite so I am assuming it can be done fairly easy. How are the real CTR's wired up? Should I just look in my Helms/Haynes manual? Thanks.
