Default 93 Civic Coupe bushings and shocks

I was wondering what kind of Lower control arm bushings do you guys use for both the front and lower arms.............i need some bushings cause last time the shop that installed my coilovers showed me my bushings and they were torn. so they said to get new ones...i was wondering if it is possible to do this at the same time they are installing my KYB AGXs without extra charge or is there a lot of labor involved doing this.......cause last time they removed the whole rear arm to install the coils so i think they could just put the bushings in when they remove this time to install the shocks right...?

Buy stock bushings. Poly binds and wears out faster.

Just because its red and aftermarket doesnt mean its better.

Replacing your bushings with new OE rubber will make the car feel alot better.
