B18C Turbo 10psi Hondata s200 w/boost

As i spool popping and stuttering like cutting spark, and loading on fuel.
Old plug wires were cranes and kept slipping off of the cap, so i thought that was the problem, put some cheepos on and they didn't slip but the problem persisted.

Not throwing codes on hondata, so i'm thinking maybe the cap is facked. I'm almost positive the problem is loss of spark just not sure how to trouble shoot that.
Any other opinions would be appreciated.
