Default TPS Problem: Inverted Voltage

i can't seem to adjust the correct voltage right on my TPS.

it reads 4.6V @ Idle and 0.45V @ WOT....

do i have any switched wires..?

Did you reverse the TPS when you install it? Fully closed throttle should read around .45-.5V and should not exceed 1V at wot.

there's no way i could plug the TPS backwards, and i have no ecu codes at all.

here's a diagram of the wiring:

_____/ \_____
------------------
| 1 | 2 | 3 |
------------------

1 - Ground
2 - Postive
3 - ECU 5v

i used 1 & 2 to adjust, but i have no explanation for the reversed voltage
