Where else can i jack my car up?
I wanted to put my car up on jack stands, but when i use my hydraulic jack to jack up the car, i'm using the spot that is supposed to be used when jacking up the car, it's the little reinforced area right in front of the rear wheel or right behind the front wheels...
My concern is where else can i jack up the car with the hydraulic jack so that i may place the stiff jack stands on the reinforced point of the frame? Is there another place i can SAFELY jack up the car while freeing up that spot for a jack stand?
If not, imma go to fleet farm and buy another hydraulic stand!

I've always used the front tow hooks to jack up the car, put the jack stand underneath the frame point, then slowly lower the jack until the point rests on the jack stand.
I've never had a problem using that, and I figure if the tow hooks are good enough for towing, they're good enough for me. There may be some suspension points you could use as well, but I've always just used the front tow hooks.
If you're talking about the back, well then I don't know there. I've never jacked up the back. The front is much more interesting

Do the same for the back as you would for the front. There is a tow hook in the rear just like the front. I used both the front and the rear tow hooks to lift my car onto four jack stands and it worked just fine.
THX FOR THE REPLIES... this information will be quite useful! Gonna put my accord's butt in the air tomorrow! Woot!...
when i jack up therear of my accord, i put the jack under the rear crossbeam. BE CAREFUL that the jack doesn't apply force to the sway bar which runs right next to the crossbeam.
