Default tranny/axel problems

i just had an axel replaced and was driving the car well i was stoped and went to go and i heard a thud and the car didnt move when i let the clutch out. I pulled over and it was pulling hard to left. i got under the car and the passenger side axel was 1/4 in. out of the tranny and all of the tranny fluid leaked out. (this was the axel I had replaced earier in the day). The next day when i went to load it on the trailer that was the only wheel that would spin (had power to it, it spun on the wet grass) I have a Quaife LSD and i just thought that was odd. but anyway any ideas why the axel would pop out of the tranny or why only that wheel was getting power?

the ring at the end of the axle, where the axles goes into the tranny must be bendt or not there. that is why your axle keeps coming out, if the lock ring is there make sure you push the axle hard in to the tranny so that ring can lock it in place!

You just didnt push the axle in hard an far enough. I've seen this happen to many people. The ring may be damaged, but if it looks good, just make sure it's completely in.

First of all.... I DID NOT install the LSD myself. It was done by a local shop and has been working fine for over a year. the axel was installed at the local honda dealer. but I'm going to the dealership to let them know what happend. I dropped the car off satuday but they were closed so I couldn't tell them, but thanks for your help.
