I hear people saying that Crower recomends running all greens with their rods. Is that safe or should i check em all?

umm......no........

every crank journal is diffrent and it marked by diffrent letter/numbers. you need to check the markings on the crank and match them up to the bore size of the rods.

check your helms manual to find the correct colour chart needed to get the proper bearing sizes.
