well as long as i know ive have this shake in my cars steering wheel.
when im doing 80 it shakes anything over 120 it is fine..
now my camber is bad 3 deg out would that make the prob?

Raise the car and jerk on the tires, there shouldnt be any play. If there isnt any then get your tires balanced. If it does have play describe it so we can help with which suspension part could be messed up.
If your steering shakes ONLY at certain specific speeds and then goes away when you change speeds, in my experience that usually means one thing. Your wheels need to be rebalanced. Check that first BEFORE you do anything else.

I would start simple and see if your tires are balanced correctly like they said above, but on another note how old are your tires?? Have they sat for any lengths of time?? Any that are bald? What size and brand are they also?

Rebalance the wheels, even if you had it with old wheels just do it. If you've ever used an old on-car balancer, you will understand how much 1 gram off on a single wheel can shake the whole car.
