camber
try a search, this has been covered many times.
you'll have to do a combination of banging out the fender well and shaving the end of the control arm. remember that you don't have to correct the camber completely, just as much as possible before it hits, and it will still help.

It is because you have a lot of negative camber... and because you've adjusted it with the camber kit... this helps pushed your tires out preventing them from cambering, but in turn also pushed your control arms out which hits against your inner fender wall. A) raise your car so the control arm wont hit B) Don't adjust your camber to the max, but then remember it will wear out. C) Try shaving your ball joint and inner fender wall. I chose C myself and its worked fine. But i did change to a bit higher sport springs.

i have a 90 with a sprint camber kit, but i never ran into the problem of upper control arm ("A arms") hitting the fender or rubbing. you could try coilovers or if your struts are bad, replacing those could give you that little bit of extra room to keep you from scraping.
