Help! Somethings wrong w/my turbo
I just finished putting my turbo kit into my 2000Si, but when I test drove it, it dies on me when I have to stop like at a stop sign....It's been doing that a few times now. My motor also is shaking when I start up my car too.
If anyone knows what I can do or what is wrong please let me know!
thanks

did you reconect your map sensor? is it throwin any codes? did you put the spark plug wires on correctly? is your timing belt off a few teeth?
Everything seems right? Do you think there is anything else that is wrong with it?
Has this ever happened to anyone w/ turbo yet?

He means maybe youre running too much fuel, and when you idle it's putting out the spark and causing the car to stall..Any idea as to your static fuel pressure ?
Does it shake at idle? Sounds like its misifring?
Let it idle like that for a minute or so and shut it off and pull the plugs, if they're super fouled and black, you're running overly rich. What size injectors are they? What's your fuel solution?

If the motor is shaking like its motor mount is broke its probably misfiring.
Either an injector is stuck open making you run rich as ****.
Or try changing your spark plugs.
You should be throwing a code though.

kk cool out bro. disconnect your battery and reconnect it to clear the codes. your knock sensor was probably having a field day with you connecting your plug wires wrong (how people do this i dont know). if its still there lmk
