Default Go with Stainless steel valves?

Well I recently just bent 9 of my valves. I was thinking of just replacing them with oem valves, but they are actually more expensive then stainless steel valves. I was searching for information about them and found that they wear out your oem valve guides faster then stock valves.

People are saying that you should get bronze valve guides with the stainless steel valves, but bronze valve guides wear out over time.

My car is my daily driver and i do not have the time to keep on rebuilding it whenever something bad happens. I'm thinking i should stick with OEM valves for reliability. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Stock ITR valves.

Alot of people pick those over SS valves.. or so I've seen.

No.

OEM and ferrea valves are about the same price. Either one is fine, but no real
gain if you go with stainless. I think ferrea might actually be a bit more than stock.
